Summary  (more details are farther down this page)

APPROACHES...  WHAT GOES INTO THE WORK?

There are three overlapping approaches:

LearningMethods - how to investigate and solve life problems and chronic reactive habits,

Anatomy of Wholeness - understand your marvellous human structure/function and become more poised and free,

Alexander Technique - uncover and change deep physical habits and responses.

MODULAR...  WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

The program is made up of a number of sequential modules so that you can enter at the level best suited for you and then progress as far as you want to go into subsequent modules:

There are three main entry levels (earlier levels are usually prerequisites for later levels):

Personal Level – gain the skills to explore, understand and change issues in your daily personal and work life (including performance, fitness, relationship, etc.),

Professional Level – develop your skills and integrate them into your existing work, your teaching, your practice, etc.,

Certification Level – become a teacher of LearningMethods and/or Anatomy of Wholeness*

* Note: at present we are not offering a certification program in Alexander Technique, though the main principles of the Alexander Technique are taught in and infuse the learning of both the LearningMethods and the Anatomy of Wholeness approaches.

• There is also a post-graduate level for existing LearningMethods Teachers and for Alexander Technique Teachers:

Post-graduate Level – professional development and advanced learning for teachers

This means you'll have the freedom to:

— study one or more of the three approaches matched to your interests,

— enter into learning at an appropriate level matched to your existing skills and knowledge
as well as your learning goals
,

follow your own curiosity and learning path,

study in your own rhythm and at your own speed,

study at a distance from anywhere.

The Modular Training is an ambitious multi-faceted program which has already been running since 2010. Its main learning format is the online distance stream — LearningMethods Online.
