Course Description:

LearningMethods is such an effective and fast way to change in large part because you are not learning a new method. Rather you are learning how to use your own intelligence to explore and make sense out of your own rich already-existing experiences. Once you know how to do this you will be able to solve your own problems and navigate successfully in your daily life.

You already have the tools within you, this is about learning how to use them !

— If you have a specific issue or problem you'd like to bring up, we’ll have time to work on it.

— If you want to explore something about our human structure, function or any physical or practical activity, we'll do that too.

— We’ll also make time for any of your questions about teaching and helping others.

David will work directly with each of you to help you learn how to explore, understand and solve issues or problems from your personal or professional life.

It is very common that issues are solved right there in the workshop, but the main emphasis is on helping you learn the tools and techniques of how to directly and easily explore, understand and solve your own issues.

From these 4 days you will definitely take away powerful tools that you can use in your life and your work, as well as to teach or help others. The areas we will get into will depend on your needs and interests, so bring any problems you want to learn to solve, any activities or skills which you'd like to develop, or any teaching issues you have from working with others.

You will come out of this workshop with not only a more clear understanding of how you are built to function, but also with the experiential learning that will help you put all this into practice in your life.

Dates/Times:
Saturday October 18 to Wednesday October 22. The workshop will run each day from 10am - 4pm with a one-hour lunch break each day.

Location:
The workshop will be held at: Wergelandsgatan 30, 2 tr,  S-168 48  Bromma (very close to Blackeberg subway on the Green Line — see maps and directions here from airport, subway and street).   If you are coming from out of town, contact us about accommodation and/or rides to the workshop - we may be able to help...
