Returns Policy for Booksellers 

If you are a bookseller and need to return all or part of an order, please note the following:

1. Returns for credit must be accompanied by invoice / purchase order or invoice information
    (invoice number or purchase order number, date, and purchase price).

2. No returns will be accepted for credit from any customer who has not purchased books
    directly from LearningMethods Publications.

3. Books returned must be in salable condition. All bookseller's marks or labels must be
    removed. Books returned in unsalable condition or bearing bookseller's marks will not be
    credited.

4. There is no limit to the number of books you can return from your order. We accept for
    return all books we have sold as long as they are in salable condition.

5. You will be credited with the full price you paid for any returned items (minus any shipping
    and handling charges).
 

College/University Bookstore Returns Policy

Books must be returned within 12 months of the invoice date. Books received by the publisher more than 12 months after the invoice date will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Trade Bookstore Returns

Returns may be made not before 3 months and not after 12 months of the invoice date. Books received by the publisher within 3 months after the invoice date or more than 12 months after the invoice date will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
