In the next page, if paying with credit card, click the "Continue" link where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue". Enter details including shipping address where you want the books sent.

In the Note section (in the final payment page) enter the number of copies you are ordering and any special delivery instructions as well as your Alexander Technique training or society affiliation. If the shipping address is in the USA, include your phone number for US Customs.
