When you order, you will go through these
stages:
1. Choose below where you want the book shipped
2. In the 1st payment page click "Proceed to Checkout"
3. In the second payment page you can choose to pay
with PayPal (box titled "Log in to PayPal") or with a
credit card by clicking "Continue" in this line on the left:

4. In the third payment page enter your name, your card details,
your billing address, your telephone and e-mail address, then
press the "Review Order and Continue" button
5. In the fourth payment page you can add a note with special
delivery instructions or a name and address of a different
person to send the book to (e.g. as a gift). To add a note,
click the link on the left below the item details (as below):

6. Review the rest of the order page and when ready, place
